Welcome to the Fair View Farm I-90 Elite Heifer Sale! We would like to thank you for the interest that you have in our breeding program. We have been breeding Simmental cattle since 1975 and added Black Angus in 2005. All the heifers in this sale were bred and raised in our program.

This is definitely the highest quality, deepest group we have ever offered for sale. Please study the pedigrees. You will find that these heifers are not only sired by some of the most popular bulls in the business, but nearly all trace back to our outstanding Angus donor "Lazy H Bar Forever Lady 720". She is sired by Lutton and out of the immortal 5001 donor. Predictability is very important to us. In her lifetime we have flushed "720" to over 20 different Angus and Simmental bulls and the consistency has been excellent. There are four direct "720" daughters in this sale that could be potential cornerstone in your breeding program.

All cattle are sold sound and healthy but once the animal leaves Fair View Farm it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. All heifers are registered with their respective breed association and will be transferred to the new purchaser. The heifers are all broke to tie and have been washed, clipped and lead numerous times. Many are close to show ring ready.

All the heifers are calfhood vaccinated and will be eligible for interstate shipment with a state approved health certificate.

We are selling 100% interest in all the heifers but will retain the right to obtain two successful flushes with a minimum of six embryos each on all the heifers. This will be done at the buyers convenience and the sellers expense. The heifers are sold with guaranteed fertility (either live calf or embryo).
